Jessica Ross

Director of Operations

Jessica has been working with the DGS/H-Cube marketing team since December 2018. With her ability to wear different hats and assist in any aspect, she is an essential member of the H-Cube/DGS team. The biggest part of her role is supporting all H-Cube team members with their day-to-day tasks/projects and oversees their progress. Jessica facilitates communication between team members and clients and helps to develop strategies, designs, campaigns, and marketing plans by understanding and addressing client needs.
Jessica has always been heavily influenced by the creative world. As a result, she pursued a degree in fine arts from Brock University, and also holds a design production diploma from Niagara College. In her free time, Jessica loves to paint, read, and spend time with her husband, son and their dog Stu. She finds immense joy in being able to share her creativity with others and watching them grow.

Dental Growth Strategies was started in 2001 when we realized there was a need in the dental industry for a provider of an all encompassing service for marketing a dental office. Since then we have grown to serve clients all over North America.
